Shari Bai3 is a mobile-commerce app that provides its users the tools to:
1. Create and manage live auctions by broadcasting via the mobile camera. This feature provides you the following:
• Opening an auction session and closing it whenever you want.
• Setting Opening Price and Minimum Bid Price for each auction session.
• The opportunity for other users to participate in your auction where they can watch what you broadcast.
• Interaction of your auction participants during the various stages of the auction session (such as opening the auction price, making bids, and chatting) in a creative and attractive manner.
• Controlling your auction participants, such as banning them from participating in the session.
• Monitoring the highest bid and bidders contact info.
• Contacting session winner(s) by phone call to finalize the potential transaction. Shari Bai3 does not, and will never, request any commission from either party for such a transaction.
• (Optional) Starting the direct Selling stage for the same item you offered during the session with the same Hammer Price in case you have more quantities in order to provide other participants the opportunity to buy that item and, hence, boost your sales.
• (Optional) Starting Awards Withdrawal for the bidders or buyers after hammering.
• Editing your auctions, such as changing their names and locations, or deactivating them.
• Monitoring your free and paid balance.
2. Upload commercial ads in the app. Shari Bai3’s administration will thoroughly check the content of your ads before approving them and making them public in the app.

NOTES:
1. Using Shari Bai3 is totally FREE, except when you buy minutes for broadcasting your live auctions, uploading a commercial ad, or shopping from our e-Store.
2. Using Shari Bai3 for the first time requires registration, which requires entering your phone number and the Verification Code you will receive via text message momentarily after submitting your phone number.
